FAQs

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Secure Online payment using Midtrans.
  • Credit Card: VISA and Mastercard in Rupiah Currency
  • Virtual Account: BCA | Mandiri
  • E-Wallet: Ovo, Gopay, QRIS, Shopeepay

Note:

  • You need to complete the Payment required within 15 minutes or the Virtual Account invoice will expired.
  • Once paid, your order will automatically be updated. No remittance slip is required.
  • Your order will not be processed until payment confirmation is received.

We offer both delivery and pickup orders. For delivery services, we collaborate with gojek and lalamove.

Order online and pickup at stores is available in our selected stores from Monday to Sunday. 

Note.

  1. Same day delivery for orders before 16.00 and available from Monday to Sunday.
  2. Orders after 16.00 will be delivered on the next day.

Yes, all prices are tax inclusive for your convenience.

  3. Reward points do not apply to a delivery fee.
