Refunds/Exchange
Once you or a designated party has received the order and signed for it, it is considered “accepted”. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, or general design will not be honored after delivery is “accepted”.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once they are delivered. We are not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery is completed.
Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile, and damage can happen if not handled properly. Refunds given be only in accordance with our refund policies stated below.
Cake flavors and textures are subjective. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been “accepted” will not be honored. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been eaten.
We will happily refund if:
If the cake is damaged or incorrect, please advise the courier before signing for the delivery. You will have the option of having the cake replaced as soon as possible or you may choose to have your order refunded. Should the cake be incorrect, and you choose to keep the cake, we will refund the difference if your original cake was of higher value.
If the cake is not available on the day you order, our Customer Service will contact you and you will have the option of either refund or next day delivery.
We do not give refunds under any other circumstances.
Cancellation / Changes
We do not accept cancellations for orders made in our website. No refund provided for any payments made. For any changes or additional orders that want to be shipped together, please contact our Costumer Service immediately before making your second purchase for confirmation.
Guarantee / Disclaimer
Our cakes are handmade so some slight variations on the advertised image may occur. However we will try to provide the cake as close to the advertised image as possible.
